Orders & Processing
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Odesa, Ukraine.
How long is processing time?
Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days to dispatch.
Made-to-order/custom items: usually 2–10 days depending on the style and workload.
Can you do a rush order?
Often yes. Leave a note at checkout and message us via the Contact page. We’ll confirm the fastest possible timeline before you pay for express shipping.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide? Which carriers do you use?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via:
- Ukrposhta / Nova Poshta Global (postal)
- UPS, DHL, FedEx (express)
You’ll see available options and estimated timelines at checkout for your destination.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may activate within 24–48 hours.
Taxes & import duties
Local VAT is included on the product page where applicable. International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees charged by your country; these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Sizing & Custom
How do I choose my size?
Please check the size chart on each product page (fit can vary by style). If you’re between sizes or unsure, send us your measurements via the Contact page — we’ll help you pick.
Do you make custom sizes or tweaks?
Yes, we can do adjustments (length, sleeve, fit) and custom sizes for many styles. Custom work is made-to-order and usually takes 2–10 days. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm feasibility and price.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange for unworn items in original condition with tags. Custom orders and altered items are final sale. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may be non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Use the Contact page with your order number and the item you’d like to return/exchange. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
Garment Care
How do I wash and care for BVRLY.heels pieces?
- Hand wash cold (or gentle cycle in a laundry bag).
- Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry.
- Do not iron mesh or coatings; steam lightly if needed.
- For patent/coated surfaces — wipe with a soft damp cloth.
Always check the care note on the product page; some fabrics require extra care.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major bank cards via secure checkout. Available options may vary by your country and currency.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field. One code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
