1) Processing & Made-to-Order
Processing time (in-stock items): 1–2 business days after payment.
Made-to-order / custom items: Production time 2–10 business days. We will confirm the estimated completion date by email.
2) Delivery Methods
We offer three shipping speeds. Available options depend on your address and parcel size/weight and will be shown at checkout.
- Economy — Ukrposhta (handoff to your national postal operator upon arrival).
- Standard — Nova Poshta Global (may hand off to UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, etc., depending on destination).
- Express — FedEx / UPS / DHL courier service.
All shipments include tracking.

4) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.
Free shipping thresholds:
- Europe: free over €150
- USA, Canada free over $200
- Australia & other distant regions: free over $250
If free shipping applies, paid options may not be displayed at checkout.
5) Estimated Transit Times
Delivery times below are estimates in business days. Delays due to customs or logistics disruptions may occur.

- USA/Canada: 12–35 days
- Oceania: 14–35 days

6) Customs, VAT & Import Fees
Germany & Austria
Orders shipped to Germany and Austria are sent internationally from Ukraine and may be subject to local import VAT upon delivery.
In Germany, the standard import VAT rate is currently 19% of the declared order value.
Import VAT and any carrier processing or handling fees are not included in the product price at checkout and may be collected by the shipping carrier (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) before or at the time of delivery.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Other Countries
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
If duties and taxes cannot be collected at checkout, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). In such cases, the carrier may request payment before delivery.
7) Address Requirements
- No PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers.
- Please enter your address in Latin characters.
- A valid phone number is required for international delivery.
8) Tracking & Packaging
Tracking is included for all shipments.
We use neutral and discreet packaging.

9) Delays & Force Majeure
We ship from Ukraine. Temporary logistics disruptions, customs inspections, strikes, or carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.
10) Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at bvrly.heelsin@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Investigations can be opened 14 days after the estimated delivery date for EU, USA/Canada, and Australia/New Zealand.
If the carrier confirms loss or damage, we will reship the item or issue a refund.
11) Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:
- We can reship (reshipping cost is paid by the customer).
- We can refund the item price minus the original shipping cost (non-custom items only).
12) Combined & Partial Shipments
Orders are shipped together once all items are ready.
Split shipments are available upon request; additional shipping fees may apply.
